1. School decisions remain with the School
Academic, disciplinary, safeguarding, admissions, attendance, employment, fee, placement, and other School decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant School or authorised organisation. Anvay School provides tools to communicate and manage permitted workflows; it does not make those decisions on behalf of a School.
2. Not an emergency service
Anvay School must not be relied on for emergencies, immediate safeguarding intervention, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations where delay could cause harm. Users should follow the School's official emergency procedures and contact the appropriate local emergency or safeguarding authority when required.
3. User-generated information
Announcements, questions, answers, messages, attachments, profiles, and other user-submitted information may be created by Schools or individual users. Anvay Innolabs does not guarantee that all user-generated information is complete, current, or error-free.
4. Educational information
Class Q&A and other learning interactions are intended to support the School community. They are not a substitute for formal academic assessment, professional advice, or the School's official curriculum and records unless the School expressly treats them as such.
5. Service availability
We work to provide a reliable and secure service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party infrastructure, security events, or other circumstances. No online system can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security.
