Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the public site and Anvay School service unless a separate written agreement with Anvay Innolabs or a School applies.

1. Service operator
Anvay School is a product operated by Anvay Innolabs. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@anvay.biz.
2. Accounts and access
Users sign in through email-based one-time codes. Authentication proves identity, while access to a School, Management, or platform workspace depends on the memberships, roles, and relationships recorded by the service. You must not attempt to use another person's account, bypass access controls, or obtain information outside your authorised context.
3. School-authorised use
School access may depend on invitations, School approval, academic assignments, guardian relationships, or verified tenant claims. A user must have authority to provide information or act on behalf of a School, student, child, staff member, or organisation where the service requires that authority.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Anvay School lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the service to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security, probe another tenant, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, or attempt to circumvent role, relationship, or participant restrictions.
5. User and School content
Users and Schools remain responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, authority, and legality of content they submit. Anvay Innolabs may apply technical and moderation controls necessary to operate, secure, investigate misuse of, or comply with legal obligations relating to the service.
6. Service changes and availability
Features may be improved, replaced, limited, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops. We aim to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, security events, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
7. Intellectual property
Anvay School, its product design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Anvay Innolabs except for content supplied by users, Schools, or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Anvay School software or brand.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, expiry or revocation of a role, termination of a School relationship, or the terms of a separate service agreement.
9. Separate agreements
If Anvay Innolabs and a School, Management Group, customer, or partner have a signed order, subscription, data-processing arrangement, or other written agreement, that agreement may contain additional or different terms and will control to the extent of any conflict.
10. Applicable law
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory law and any governing-law or dispute terms in a separate signed agreement.
